Steve Earlam:
Dip (HEd). MSc Psychotherapy Studies ongoing. Member National Counselling Society (Accredited). Member BABCP. MINJP. Steve has over 25 years experience working with clients with anger and other behavioural issues,
a trained, accredited and certified counsellor. He has experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system and has worked in the public and private sectors. He has qualifications in anger management facilitation,
counselling, CBT and conflict management. Steve practices an integrative approach to therapy.
Amanda Earlam BA (Hons) Criminal Justice Amanda has over 10 years experience of working with groups and
individuals from a wide range of back grounds. She has a BA Hons in Criminal Justice and has studied Psychology,
Stress Management and Relationship counselling. She has extensive experience in the substance misuse
field and a sound theoretical knowledge and practical experience of working with individuals suffering
with various mental health issues. Amanda uses a combination of Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

MA Edc., BA (Hons). Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PCET). Helen has over 15 years experience in the development and presentation
of training and teaching courses. Helen has presented counselling training in the community and currently leads courses from
level 4 to level 7.
